It's not just centered on the model, but the Model's interaction with her environment. and the affect she has on the water's flow. It accepts hers and continues on it's journey, no bias, no true resistance to her presence. The water continues to flow around her)

Add something to make everything past her shoulders as stunning as everything to the left of them. The contrasting texture of her skin and hair is great, the left arm does a great job of framing the focal point of the image)

Even the way you've blurred the background (depth of field: the distance between the nearest and the furthest objects that give an image judged to be in focus in a camera.) focuses the viewer's attention on the model, with her gorgeous body and seductive smile.
